8 steps to manifesting your unexpressed outcomes;
which are simply your goals, dreams and desires

  • Are you ready to make your life take off?
  • Are you ready to get clear about what it is you really, really want?
  • Do you have a strong desire for some positive changes in your life but you feel like you’re spinning your wheels and going no where fast?
These 8 Steps and principles are based in science, spirituality/metaphysics, psychology and real life experience. When you begin to apply these principles with your new positive self-talk, you will begin to see what looks like to others as miracles, happen as your everyday life experience!

Step 1: What do you really, really, really WANT?????
The word "want" is really a desire and how I define that is that it’s an unexpressed outcome; meaning there is something you wish you had in your experience and it isn’t manifested yet; right now it is only apart of your thoughts.

When you’re not sure of what you want or feel confused, this lack of clarity will show up in your life as a feeling of being stuck and un-happy with how things are going.

We all know how great it feels to just KNOW. We feel passionate, energized and focused. To get that Knowing carry this question with you for a week and constantly ask yourself, "What do I want, what do I want?" Believe it or not if you put your hand on your heart as you ask yourself, you will discover the most powerful answers. Carry a journal with you and write down any feeling or realization you have as you begin to uncover your personal "Truths" and "wants".


Step 2: Making the DECISION; how sometimes getting mad at yourself or someone else
makes for great fuel.

Once you make the DECISION whether it is to start something, quit something or go for something; it creates in instant shift in your behavior. Write down your decision on a piece of paper and read it aloud to yourself, a coach or a supportive friend. When you believe it, walk through a doorway as a symbol of your commitment to your word.

Step 3: Checking in with your purpose, sincerity and willingness.
Why do you want it? How will it make you feel when you achieve it? How committed are you? How bad do you want it?

Step 4: Ready, cameras, action-making you the star of your own movie
Play the virtual reality game! Visualize, imagine and live in your movie! You will be amazed with all the magical recourses that show up to help you achieve your dreams!

Step 5: Become like a "child" without the "adult" restraints or opinions about what is or isn’t possible.
This "Grown up world" is a sensible "realistic" world that has preconceived notions about what is or isn’t possible. The "child like essence" is the part of you that knows no boundaries and only knows of imagination and possibility.

Step 6: Getting ready for the Prom; did you ever notice how getting ready is so much more delicious than the prom itself? (a secret only women share)
If you are always feeling anxious or impatient about achieving your goals, you will miss the best part of the process which is the journey. Enjoy the journey that’s what life is really about anyway.

Step 7: Act "as if" (in your thoughts)
is not focusing on your unwanted present circumstances; it is holding the image of your desire. Keep your eyes and heart on the outcome; in other words, what you really, really, really want!!!

Step 8: Give me your Undivided Attention! (in your action)
This is your life telling you to get real; that "right" action can really only be accomplished in the "NOW".(daydreaming will only keep you in "never-never" land) If you’re ever going to get into the receiving mode for what it is you are "wanting"; you need to begin by acting in the NOW! "By thought the thing you want is brought to you; by action you receive it!
